Crossave is a price-comparison tool: it searches for the same product across multiple stores and countries (eBay, Google Shopping) and shows an estimated total cost (price, shipping, import duty and VAT). Crossave does not sell products, is not a store, and handles neither payments nor shipments — every purchase happens on the website of the third-party seller you are redirected to.
The prices, availability and delivery times shown come from external sources (eBay, Google Shopping and others) and can change or be wrong between the moment of the search and the moment of purchase. Always verify the details on the seller's website before buying. The automatic warnings (suspicious price, counterfeit risk, wrong edition) are useful heuristics, not certifications: they can produce false positives and false negatives.
The import duty/VAT calculation is a simplified estimate based on general rules and does not replace official customs advice. The actual amount charged on delivery may differ. For destination countries whose import rules we do not model, no figure is shown at all ("n/a") and the total does not include local duties and taxes — this is stated next to the result.
Crossave is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for problems with purchases made on third-party sites, delays, products that are non-compliant or different from what is shown, nor for the accuracy of the customs estimates. Every purchase is the user's own decision and responsibility.
These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is the consumer's court under the applicable rules.
